Opry great - Redferrin not!

4.00Actually everything was great. Get there early for a good parking spot. Since I'm handicapped we used the handicapped parking near the entrance. They have a shuttle & it came in handy bc I couldn't have walked as far as I would have had to. Building was very nice & seating was good. Lots of people to help. (I liked that.) The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was I thought they should have pulled one of their performers. All were fabulous - especially Neal McCoy - but I can't say anything good about Redferrin. I'm pretty sure he was drunk (only my opinion) and he couldn't hit a note on key no matter how hard he tried. Everyone around me, including me, we're cringing every time he opened his mouth. Someone said they were waiting for the hammer to come out & "gong" him. He really was that bad. Sorry - just the truth.

5.00Loved the Belmont Mansion. There is so much history here. I loved how several of the rooms were historically accurate in how they were displayed for the history of what happened in the house.
