4.00While the Segway was not quite as easy as I expected, my guide Walter was very kind and gave me a little extra time for training. When I still couldn’t get the hang of it, he offered to hold the handle bar for support so I wouldn’t fall. There was a scheduling error and I ended starting at 6:30pm, but it was a happy accident as I ended up getting to see the parks all lit up at night. It was so beautiful!

5.00This was an awesome way to see downtown and west end Greenville (what we chose to see - the guide gave us lots of options as to where we wanted to go). Walter, the guide, was extremely knowledgeable both about Greenville and its history and Segway safety, and was extremely attentive to our goals of the tour and our well-being. I am saving the information for this tour because we will absolutely do this Segway tour when we return to Greenville in a few months. The next time we'll tour the gardens!

1.00That if you are not able to handle the equipment and the instructor agrees that you shouldn’t ride the Segway - that the owner won’t refund your money !! Her excuse was that they need 24 hours to cancel - so if you book the appointment online at 5 PM the evening before and your apt is at 11 the next morning - you cannot get a refund even after the instructor determines that you simply cannot handle the Segway ! What a rip off !! Would never recommend them to anyone !!! Her fake concern for the clients safety is a joke .

3.00Our guide Walter was great, he showed us around town and pointed out historical places, haunted places, and good spits to eat, hangout. My wife was unable to pass the safety check she opted not to go, however the owner refused to refund her ticket.

5.00Walter tailored the tour to our interests and was very knowledgeable relaying information on art history, restaurants and the cities development as he took us to see the highlights of Greenville. He made sure we felt satisfied with the experience covering what was most important to us. The tour was a great way to understand the lay out of the city geographically early in our visit which helped us more easily navigate the city on our own. We highly recommend this tour.
