5.00We booked a private tour with Swiss Magic Tours, and they truly did not disappoint. In fact, their service and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Our guide, Carlos, was professional, courteous, and friendly throughout the entire trip. His excellent driving skills made navigating the mountain terrain feel smooth and comfortable, which made the journey even more enjoyable. With rain in the forecast, Carlos thoughtfully adjusted our itinerary so we could visit the beautiful Lauterbrunnen in the morning while the sun was still shining. Thanks to his planning, every photo turned out absolutely picturesque. We highly recommend Swiss Magic Tours for anyone looking for a memorable and well-organized Swiss experience!

5.00It was an outstanding, memorable,breathtaking experience for me and my husband. We went to Harder Kulm in the morning and it was raining then continued to Grindelwald First in the afternoon when weather was already good. Carlos, our driver and tourist guide helped a lot. We appreciated his outstanding service and professionalism. We will surely recommend him to our friends and relatives. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, flexible, easy to get along with considering he can speak English very well. Helpful and puctual. Big thanks also to Claudia who helped us a lot in Geneva especially in getting inside the International Red Cross. She is very knowledgeable , friendly, can speak English well. It was a very informative trip we had in Geneva.
