  We left our hotel very early and arrived at the meeting point of Valeta on time, having booked the tickets several days in advance. Despite this, the bus never showed up. We tried to contact the responsible person, but he did not answer our calls. We then went to the official Malta Tourist Office and presented our tickets. The staff there contacted him directly and informed him of the situation, making it clear how unacceptable and disappointing this was. He said we were lying and he had no reservations, but we had the tickets. The refund was processed a few days later

  Have waited long for bus and itsnot even stopped at location… Bus is always full , it’s always not advisable to take tickets in advance…

  Great fun although lots of traffic. Helpful driver explained pick up points and timings - good value - hop on off

  The bus was immaculate and very comfortable for this journey. Pick up was very straightforward. Mdina was beautiful.

  Vintage bus never showed up to pick up location in St Julians. Our friends had same experience on same day in Valletta. Very disappointed as this was one of the things we planned before our trip. Refund needed.

  The bus is well vintage and clean. We went by bus line. It was not clear when we bought the tickets when it was and where it was to take it. Can't read collector barcode q send x mail. And if you buy it at the time it costs 5€. That is, buying it in advance is much more expensive and you don’t get accurate information. The tour in beautiful and served us to go to the tourist spots we wanted

  Fantastic experience. Kindness and helpfulness of the guide, corners of Malta that we would never have seen alone. To be redone absolutely!
