5.00We previously booked the transfer from HaiYat to Koh Lipe. We were communication through WhatsApp. They were professional and providing the update of the island weather prior to the flood in HaiYat. During the flood in Nov 2025 at HaiYat, we contacted Hi Lipe to inquire about the situation, they were willing to provide us with full refund with no issues. I appreciate Hi Lipe’s willingness to work with customer during the unforeseen disaster. They were being honest and available. I will look for booking with Hi Lipe again in the future

5.00Arrived in to hat yai from Chiang mai. Driver was waiting at the door for us. Van was air conditioned, extremely clean, reclining seats, charging points for devices and lots of room for the family and all our luggage

5.00During the booking process, I made a mistake, and it was entirely my fault. The HiLipe staff took care of resolving my issue with impeccable assistance. They handled everything and treated me wonderfully. They were present both at the airport and at Pak Bara Pier, providing support and all the necessary details. Truly, an absolutely perfect service! I will return to Koh Lipe and will definitely rely on their services again. Make sure to choose HiLipe — you won’t regret it! Durante la prenotazione ho commesso un errore e la colpa era solo mia.
