What To Expect
「ラブノット」とも呼ばれるトルテリーニは、この地域の伝統的な料理です。私たちの場所には、貿易のコツを教えてくれるママ・イヴァナがいます。このレッスンでは、伝統的な料理であるトルテリーニについて簡単に説明します。次に、すべての材料、パスタを伸ばす方法、肉の詰め物、完璧なラブノットの作り方を学びます。レッスン後は、レストランでトルテリーニ＋水＋グラスワイン＋自家製スブリゾローナのタルトをデザートとしてお召し上がりいただけます。

5.00Today we were allowed to join the Tortellini cooking class with Mamma Ivanna and say “Grazie mille” for the beautiful hours with her at the “Ristorante Giardini di Borghetto” After the welcome we started quickly, Ivanna showed us the individual steps to make the delicious Valeggio tortellini, after which we were allowed - under the critical eyes of Ivanna - to make the dough ourselves! It was very nice, funny and Ivanna and Mirco were always at our side with advice and deed! The finished tortellini were later served to us in the beautiful Ristorante along with fresh bread, fine wine and a great dessert! We can recommend the course 100% - a great gift idea that went down very well with us! Continued success and best regards from Bavaria, Marion, Thomas, Christl and Willi

5.00We want to thank Serena and Ivana for an amazing workshop! We learned a lot about pasta! With a patient and pleasant attitude. We managed to make an impressive amount of wonderful tortellini and then we sat and ate everything we made, it was a pleasure! We were happy to experience the restaurant as well and of course to meet Serena and her mother. Thank you very much for an excellent workshop! We were glad to meet you.
