  We had such a fantastic experience at Jolie Cooking Class in Da Nang. Our host was Lan. From the moment we arrived, the Lan was warm, welcoming, and made the class so enjoyable and relaxed. The cooking session was well organised and hands-on, with clear instructions that made it easy to follow along, even for beginners. We loved learning about Vietnamese ingredients and traditional cooking techniques, and every dish we made was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was fun, friendly, and authentic, and the instructors were patient, knowledgeable, and passionate about sharing Vietnamese culture and cuisine. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam. Highly recommend Jolie Cooking Class to anyone visiting Da Nang who wants a memorable and interactive food experience.

  Hanna was brilliant and explained everything fully to both of us as she went along with each meal which were all extremely tasty!! Her helper was efficient and had everything prepared before we knew it. The involvement we did was well instructed so everything went smoothly and we went away with extra full tummy’s so I highly recommend this personal friendly team.

  I can’t say enough about this experience. My husband and I LOVE Vietnamese cuisine and have wanted to learn how to make everything from scratch. YOU LEARN IT ALL! Fish sauce, Bánh xèo, Pho, Cà Tím Nướng Mỡ Hành, and papaya salad. We left happy, bellies full, entertained and packed with knowledge. Thank you to our teacher Christine!   Rosie and her team were incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. They created such a warm and relaxed atmosphere that made the whole class feel light, enjoyable, and easy to follow. What I really appreciated was how they simplified each step, making it approachable even for beginners, while still keeping it fun and engaging.   An amazing experience! We had so much fun with Lily learning about the history of the dishes we were cooking and eating. The experience is super fun with games that help you to learn skills such as flipping pancakes and using chopsticks. Such a great idea and fun way to learn, honing our skills. The food we learnt to make was super healthy, fresh and tasty. The attention to detail in balancing the cooking lesson with the timings of each dish, eating and learning was very well done. I can't think of anythinf i'd chance! Super well planned. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for cooking lessons in Da Nang

  Wonderful experience, the food was delicious and it was very entertaining. I highly recommend this class! I don’t have many experience cooking but I could still follow everything and do it well. Rosie and Nhan welcomed us with smile and guided us through Vietnamese cuisine

  We loved this class! Rosie and Blue welcomed us like friends and kept the vibe relaxed and organized. They explained each step in plain language and then let us try. We learned skills we can actually use at home and everything we cooked tasted amazing. Fresh ingredients, a clean workspace, and plenty of time to practice. What stood out most was their kindness and patience. It was the perfect activity and a lovely way to end our trip. We left full, smiling, and excited to cook these dishes for friends.
