  We can not recommend Mark enough. His communication from my enquiry from Auckland to when we arrived in Wānaka was great. He picked us up from our accomodation with all equipment including bikes on his truck. Drove us to the best drop off point where we had a safe and seamless ride (no road, only track) to the most awesome vineyards and breath taking views and scenery. He also checked in to make sure we were on track multiple times. I don’t usually post reviews but Mark was so helpful to us, we just thought he was awesome and highly recommend.

  The e-bike experience was fantastic. Mark is very professional and safety conscious and made sure we all felt comfortable with our bike before setting off, which was terrific as we are inexperienced. His wineries information was unbiased but very helpful and he even took us back to one winery after lunch so we could make a purchase. He stayed in contact with us during the day to make sure we were ok. It was fun and we throughly enjoyed it, hopefully we’ll get back and do his brewery tour one day.

  This e-bike winery tour was delightful. Mark the tour operator is a wonderfully thoughtful fellow. From the moment he picked us up in the morning to when he said goodbye at the end of the day he had our best interest at heart. He was very thorough with our introduction to e-bikes, provided all the best info for us on the ride and the wineries and kept in touch during the day to make sure we were ok.   We absolutely loved this in Wanaka! Mark picked us up for a beautiful bike ride along Lake Dunstan. He made sure we were comfortable on the bikes before letting us explore the wineries of Bannockburn at our own pace. The Ebikes are great for tackling the wine hills, all the riding is on trails, the recommended vineyards are stunning, and Mark is an organized and friendly host. Great way to spend the day!

  We loved the experience and this should not be missed. Mark, the owner, prepared everything perfectly with great care and concern with bikes that were in tip top shape, excellent helmets and bike bags and prepared us for the route and gave excellent suggestions as to where to stop and visit. He was fun to talk with and gave helpful tips on restaurants and other activities.

  Mark is a wealth of knowledge about the surrounding area. He makes sure you are fully prepared to ride the e-bike and even includes a first aid kit on the bike. He is only a phone call away should you run into any trouble or purchase more wine than your bike can carry. You will not be disappointed if you are looking for a little bit of adventure followed by indulging in some delicious wine and food at your own pace.

  Mark was just awesome, so patient with us as we hadn't been on a bike since we were teens, great run through and practice run at the beginning not to mention he even took some pics of us for the gram 😂, he gave us all the info for local stops to check out on the way ..the track is unbelievable, honestly it's a must, the scenery is stunning and changes constantly along the way, just glorious. Mark communicated with us during the ride to make sure we were ok which was perfect, what a fantastic day, most fun we've had in years...we are coming back to go on Marks wine tour 🥂..can't wait!

  Awesome bikes and top notch service. Mark was very helpful and set my family up for an amazing 4 hour e-bike ride. Views were fantastic. The e-bikes allowed us to cover over 20 miles with limited effort.
