As a female solo traveler, I had been a little bit nervous thinking of landing at Tan Son Nhat Airport (SGN) at 9:55 PM, before and even after booking my airport transfer, this April 2026. But the confidence that Viator has earned from me, as a customer, in the past won me over, and I moved on. This time, I was more impressed and grateful being greeted by a Viator lady holding a sign with my name on it, at I exited from Immigrations and Customs. She pushed my luggage cart by herself for a few minutes and then introduced me to a Viator private driver gentleman meeting us halfway. Both of them helped me with my luggage to the car parked in the airport's designated area. We said goodbye and the gentleman drove me to my hotel address, through Saigon nightlights and sleepless traffic. We maintained a friendly and professional conversation during the ride. Before I knew it, I was promptly dropped off at the entrance of my hotel. I praised the Lord, Viator, the driver and the greeting lady. Highly recommended.
