  I had a private driver with Juan. He was very nice! The traffic to the salt cathedral took sometime, but it was a beautiful experience. The car itself was comfortable and Juan even stop and gave me a chance to see the independence square in Zipaquirá. I also felt safe for the entire tour.

  Daniel Benavides, who is an excellent conversationalist, knows very well the history, culture and context of Colombia, a situation that surprised me given his age. His treatment was always friendly and patient and made very good recommendations, particularly I knew a lot about Colombia through his own experience and life. Magnificent for this kind of work, I was very satisfied. Thank you.

  Visiting the Salt Cathedral in Zipaquirá was one of the most unforgettable experiences of my trip to Colombia. The place itself is breathtaking – a true architectural and spiritual masterpiece carved deep inside the salt mines. Walking through the illuminated tunnels and seeing the beautiful crosses, chapels, and artwork was both inspiring and unique. What made the visit even more special was our tour guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the history, culture, and symbolism behind the Cathedral. His explanations were clear and engaging, and he shared fascinating details that made us appreciate the site even more. He also took the time to answer our questions and made sure everyone felt included. I highly recommend visiting the Salt Cathedral and, if possible, taking the tour with a guide. It’s an extraordinary experience that combines history, faith, and art in a truly magical way.
