キアヴァリの歴史的中心部にある古代のジェノバ様式の建物には、広いリビングルームと、昔の雰囲気の中で料理教室や美食体験を楽しめる設備の整ったキッチンを備えた高級なアパートメントがあります。

体験はすべてアクティブなもの、つまり料理の準備に携わることになります。

What To Expect

特別な場所だけ。私の料理教室へようこそ。ここでは一緒にリグリア・リビエラの典型的なレシピを作り、食前酒を味わいながら本物の味と古代の料理の伝統を発見します。食前酒には、本物のジェノバ風フォカッチャ、自家製ペストと塩漬けアンチョビを添えたブルスケッタ、味付けしたリビエラオリーブが添えられます。次に、古代の道具「キタッラ」を使って、新鮮なパスタ、特に手作りのタリオリーニの作り方に移ります。最後に、ご自分で作ったペストをパスタと一緒にお召し上がりいただきます。その際には、私が熱く語るこの地域の DOP 白ワインのセレクションをお楽しみいただけます。その後は、欠かせないイタリアンコーヒーとジェノバ産の心地よい食後酒をどうぞ。

Fabio and Lydia are amazing hosts. Wonderful home. We had a large group from all over the world and we all had a great time learning to make tagliolini alla chitarra and pesto. One person in our group was ciliac and Fabio was able to accommodate them so they could enjoy the experience and taste the pesto with gluten-free pasta. Excellent aperitivo (appetizer, wine) and storytelling as well. Best pasta with pesto of my life. Highly recommend!

Fabio shows a lot of passion for the regional food cultures of Italy and especially Liguria. He can tell many interesting details. The preparation and enjoyment of the food was fun. Fabio guided us expertly and with patience and was an excellent host. We can recommend this course in the great premises to all who enjoy cooking and socializing.

Our experience with Fabio was so much fun! The food and drinks along with the service is absolutely worth the time and price. Would do this again! It was soooo delicious and such a fun activity!

I highly, highly recommend this experience for memories that will last your lifetime. We got to meet great friends in the process and learn how to make delicious pasta and pesto from scratch. Fabio & his team are lovely to not only learn from but fun to spend the whole day with. We brought in a group of couples and we cannot wait to go back one day!
