You have to rent your own bikes. Recommend doing this a day prior because they sell out! Also-if you have the Swiss travel pass you’ll get a discount on the Sunnega tram ride. Eat a good breakfast and bring water before heading out, it’s a very fun tour of some isolated lakes with the alps as a back drop. We came down a longer trail to Zermatt and it was stunning. Guide was informative giving us fun and historic facts along the way and gave us tips of how to manage some of the steeper more challenging terrain. Such a good time - highly recommend!

Kris was our guide from Evolution Ski School and was the best! Our family of four included an 18 year old mountain biking enthusiast, a cautious 13 year old riding a mountain bike on real trails for the first time, my wife who was extremely nervous and walked her bike on some steep spots, and me. Kris was masterful in creating opportunities for everyone, and I would highly recommend this to anyone or any family of any ability level. Zermatt and the trails around it are stunning.
