The lounge in Macau, is very small and the staff is not helpful. I want to use the shower , the staff said come next time. How come I have to come next time for using the shower.
Very limited. Do not recommend.

In a word: mediocre. This Premium Plaza Lounge is highly limited when it comes to food and beverages. For instance, do not expect to find any beers (on tap, glass bottles or cans) or a wide variety of fizzy drinks - you can't even find any soda or tonic to enjoy a Whiskey Soda or a Gin & Tonic. Furthermore, despite having some cakes and other dessert foods available, the former was stale, and the latter were tasteless. Not only so, but fruit options were also lacking, as only green bananas and mushy apples were available. The only food item that I would recommend would be their ham and cheese packed sliced bread sandwiches. Those were acceptable. Service was acceptable, and staff was polite.

Visited the airport lounge during the pandemic period. Only a few customers of 4 or 5 stay. The most important is limited hot food provided, e.g. fish-ball noodles, and chicken curry rice. Better than nothing when the pandemic situation is worse.

The living room on the 2nd floor of Macao Airport is divided into two dining areas and a sofa area, cold hot food and desserts should be available, and the sofa area is equipped with charging equipment, which is a comfortable standby space.

There are only two lounges at Macao Airport, one is the Macao Air Lounge, and the other is the two-floor lounge at the airport, which is relatively small compared to the other luxurious lounges at the airport, but there is a fast and free network, which is a good place to rest when waiting.
