5.00We booked the rooftop ticket with the lift, and it was the best decision. The elevator takes you right up to the terraces, saving a lot of energy. From there, you just walk up a few steps to reach the highest level. Walking among the spires and seeing the marble details up close is incredible. The views over Milan are amazing. Highly recommend booking in advance because the lines at the ticket office can get very long.

5.00We took the lift up, which was very convenient. The architecture up close is just stunning. A quick tip for future travelers: make sure your shoulders and knees are covered, as they strictly check your clothes at the security entrance before you go up. Also, try to book a late afternoon slot,the sunlight on the white marble is perfect for photos.

5.00The security check was smooth, and the elevator ride was very quick and comfortable. The view from the upper level is beautiful, and you can take some great photos. Just a heads up,there is still a little bit of walking and some narrow steps at the very top, but it is totally manageable. Very glad we did it!
