5.00My family of four (Me, husband and two kids, ages 11 and 9) visited Switzerland for the first time. We stayed in Zurich and booked three day trips with Fernando to explore surrounding towns, castles, mountains, rivers and waterfalls. I can’t think of a better way to explore some of the most beautiful places we have visited. Fernando arrived always on time in his very comfortable and luxurious van. Before heading out, he would recap the plans we had for the day and suggested any changes depending on the weather, traffic, etc. Fernando knows what Switzerland (and the neighboring countries) have to offer like the back of his hand. Honestly, no negatives on our experience with him. Words that come to mind about Fernando: professional, safe driver, friendly, patient, great with kids! (he is a father of two, so we had lots to talk about besides the beautiful mountains haha), flexible, respectful, enthusiastic, sharp, warm, excellent communication. We can’t wait to book our next visit with Fernando! Thank you!
