  Everything was perfect; they didn't pick us up on time, and then you arrive, and they give you your coffee, or our host Sergio was great, taking photos of us to later send you a really cool video. Our pilot, Ricardo Huerta, was also incredible; he brought us as close as possible to the two pyramids. From there, we decided to have them take us home since we didn't want to have breakfast in the cave and see the pyramids, and they arranged a return trip home, 10/10.

  Such an amazing experience! I was picked up from my Airbnb by Jesus, the chauffeur, and we went on the hot air balloon ride, visited the pyramids, and had lunch at La Gruta. I had a dish recommended by Jesus, and it was so great and beautiful; everything was well organized. A special thank you to Jesus, our driver, who was incredibly kind, helpful, patient, and professional throughout the trip. He made the experience even better and helped us take really nice pictures, too. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Mexico.   This was truly the most magical experience and we had the absolute best guide and host in Fabian. He was so professional, kind, and accommodating to us. What could have felt so cookie cutter day was actually made to feel like an incredibly personalized experience. From the pick up, to the drive there, to the actual flight, and even the lunch, he went completely out of his way. He took personal photos for us - some of our favorites - and even brought a celebration birthday cake for our special occasion.
