  Dave was the best! He was the kindest and funniest tour guide we’ve ever had! His deep understanding of Pearl Harbor and the city shows how much pride and love he has for O’ahu. We can’t wait to return!

  Do only in the morning to give yourself time there. Our driver Dave was fabulous BUT the time i had on my booking was 9.30am but got an email when we were out of service that pick up would be 7.30. After missing the pick up & calling the person on the end of the phone was rude & unapologetic. Next time I will book with the hotel & not Viator!! Again our driver Dave was helpful & informative - 5 stars for him.

  Vanessa was knowledgeable and entertaining as our tour guide! She was prompt with our pickups and had drinks and a small snack!

  I did not go. I think it was handled poorly. We should have received a phone call. Who checks email on a vacation ? I had verified the trip the day before and it was confirmed.

• Wonderful Pearl Harbor Experience

  This was a great experience with on-time pickup and return. Our driver, Vanessa, was personable, friendly and informative. I learned a lot during our tour and she answered any questions that came up during the drive. It was the perfect amount of time to spend at Pearl Harbor with lot of reflection and sobering moments, especially during the visor to the USS Arizona Memorial. I would highly recommend.

  Overall, I am really disappointed in the “tour”. I expected the whole experience to be lead by a tour guide who gives us information and faces about what we are seeing. The tour guide was basically just a driver who dropped us off at Pearl Harbor for a few hours and left while we were on the tour. The experience was also an hour too long so we ended up leaving and ubering ourselves back to the hotel. The other people on the tour felt the same way and some made their own way back as well. We looked for the tour guide to see if we could discuss hearing back early but he was no where to be found.

  Guide was very informative and conversational throughout the trip. Unfortunately, our return trip from Pearl Harbor to our hotel unexpectedly became a guided tour through Honolulu that took 90 minutes more than what was scheduled / indicated on the listing. Given we had scheduled this as a half-day event and had planned to have lunch following this excursion, we were not prepared to take a significantly longer amount of time to return to our hotel than we had scheduled.

  We had a great time on this trip. Our guide was knowledgeable and super friendly. It was great having a set schedule while at pearl harbor. We do wish there was about a hour more time after the movie so we could read and explore more :).
