  Our driver and tour guide Nikki were fabulous. I had no cash for a tip. Was hoping for a Venmo option? My daughter and I had a blast that day. Thank you. Great tour.

  It was okay, not really enough time to do much. The Viator booking app was not great and I won’t use it again. They so had terrible customer service when I had an issue come up.

  What an amazing day it was. Picked up on time by Frank and ever smiling guide Nicki who gave so much info on the day and sights. Niagara Falls surpassed my expectations, stunning views and that boat tour: prepare to get wet. Lunch was very nice too. Then to the wine tasting and lastly the visit to the picturesque little town Niagra on the Lake. A day we'll spent and the weather was superb. Couldn't have wished for a better experience.   Nikki (tour guide) & Isaac (driver) are a good team. Isaac is quiet but polite & friendly, while Nikki's personality is bright & sunshine & warm. She shared good information in a fun way. We started at Niagara - only issue there was that the lunch came late (not the tour"s fault) but the delay caused the rest of the activities to be cut a bit short. The bus was clean & comfortable.   We had a great day with guide Nikki and driver Frank. They were both friendly and easy to talk to. The tour commentary was interesting and well presented. The boat trip was fantastic and Niagara Falls views were wonderful. The winery stop at Niagara College was just okay. A short stop with tasting of 3 different wines and a discussion of them, with a shop supporting the college. A bit early in the day for drinking wine. If you're looking for a winery tour, you might be better off booking that separately. The stop in Niagara On The Lake was just enough time to wander up and down the main street with a couple of quick stops in shops.

  The host and driver were great human beings - much appreciated. The structure/layout/itinerary of the trip needs to be re-evaluated. Tiny sips of wine first thing in the am wasn’t enticing. More of a waste of time. The information was cool to hear. The 2hours wasted on lunch with food that wasn’t tasteful was a waste, instead we could have been touring the falls on the boat. Lastly, it would have been more fun to traverse the road above where the Niagara boat ride is as it were several attractions and appetizing restaurants.
