  Updating my original review because the experience ultimately turned into something really positive and am very happy with the response from the MotorZone team. What initially started as a disappointing and frustrating situation appeared to stem from a misalignment between the third party booking provider and the actual motorbike training company. Communication issues and delays led to a very poor first impression, especially after waking up early with the kids and expecting an organized experience. However, once the issue was brought to their attention, one of the owners/partners, Shelly, personally reached out and immediately worked to rectify the situation. That level of accountability and follow up made a huge difference and completely changed the experience for our family. It was a genuine follow up which I really appreciated. We rebooked the session, and my boys absolutely loved it. The trainer, Rodrigo, was outstanding with children. Extremely patient, calm, professional, and safety focused. The entire session was structured in a way that helped the boys build confidence while learning proper control and safety on the bikes. Zach started on a 50cc bike and Adam worked on a 65cc, and they were even able to switch and try both during the session so they would both learn to use the gear system on the manual 65cc. The training lasted about two hours, all safety gear was provided including full body gear and helmet, water was available throughout, and they were able to ride out into the desert training area in a very controlled and responsible environment. The facility itself was very clean, organized, and professionally maintained. Even when there was a minor maintenance issue with one of the bikes (spark plug which was probably from Boys not shifting properly), their team handled it immediately without disrupting the experience. What I also appreciated was learning that this is a small family run business that genuinely cares about what they are building and about the experience for the kids. Most importantly, my boys walked away happy, excited, and proud of themselves. It became a really memorable family experience for us, and we are now even considering long term training sessions for them. I would absolutely recommend this experience for families, especially for younger kids who are interested in getting introduced to motorbikes in a safe, structured, and controlled environment. One recommendation: book directly with them if possible to avoid any potential communication issues through third party providers. Also, during the warmer months, definitely choose the earliest morning sessions because it gets very hot later in the day. • Great Intro into Dirt Biking

  This is great intro into MX for 16yr olds, they got over their nerves and had fun blasting around the sand. Bikes, gear and equipment all new and clean, Instructors are professional and calm. Our 2 boys loved it.

  We had an amazing experience at Motozone! We were a group of 5 adults and 3 kids, and the training was extremely beneficial for all of us. The coaches were very professional, patient, and supportive, making sure everyone felt comfortable and confident on the bikes. Our riding skills improved noticeably, and most importantly, the kids had an absolute blast in a safe and well-controlled environment. Safety was clearly a top priority, and the team handled the sessions with great care and attention. Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve their off-road skills while having fun at the same time!

  Louie was my instructor for my first training session and tour . He is a top guide with skills and personality. He customized the track accordingly and provided feedback when needed . Even though now in July is very hot, however the morning session is doable 🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽 Thank you Motozone and Louie for a pleasant training session 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽💪🏽💪🏽

  Louie is a great instructor, really valuable 2 hours of tuition. We did basics at the Motozone facility and then headed out into the dunes. Their location is great for learning, as there is nobody else about to get in the way, unlike the tourist areas. Learned a lot and had a great time doing it!
