  Mark was our guide and he was beyond accommodating and knowledgeable. The tour was great. Started on the Canadian side as that was our pick up point. Spent time at Table Rock Welcome center and proceeded to the American side. It was just my husband and I so we were able to get a lot of information and take our time at the locations. I would definitely recommend this tour for a first timer to the falls.

  The tour guys were amazing ( Frank & Cheryl with see sight tours) and they really went out of their way to fulfill the full tour even with the errors in the listing in Viator. Viator listed that lunch is included at the Skyland Tower, and it is not …..this put the tour guides in an uncomfortable situation when they had to explain that lunch is not included even though it’s listed and for $199 a person SHOULD be included! The misleading inaccurate description left us without having any food for six hours with small children. We would’ve given this tour of five if it included the lunch expected. Six hours with no food is really tough with children!

  Fabulous tour. Best of the best. Nice small group so really personal attention and you get to see the falls every way possible. The US side, the Canadian side, from below the falls both on foot and by boat and from the Skylon tower. Also visit other parts of the falls such as the whirlpool and the Goat island. Stephanie was a wonderful tour guide who was full of information and interesting stories. Really made it a special day even though the weather was a bit rainy at first.

  Amid was a great guide! We learned a lot about the sites and history. All of our stops were breathtaking. We would have had trouble getting to everything we saw on our own.

  We all had a great experience. Abin did a wonderful job. We are very happy we took the tour! Would recommend to others! It was a long day (75 and 80 year olds in our group).

  We were able to tour the US side through the state park! It was beautiful and you can get close to both falls and can get your hair wet at Cave of the winds! We took a boat ride to the Horseshoe Falls that is breathtaking! Views from the Skylon Tower are stunning! Frank was a wonderful guide for our tour!
