  Our guide was great. He picked us up at the hotel at the right time with a clean car. He was very knowledgeable but didn't bore us a second. Drive to the park and lake was as nice as it could have been. He drove so comfortably that we were able to relax and fall asleep on the first leg of the drive. Before entering the park (Lake Nakuru) he sorted the tickets while we were free to get a cup of coffee before beginning. In the park he was telling us all about the animals and gave us plenty of time to enjoy the views. Sometimes we weren't listening but he wasn't phased by that, he just continued to spill out information which was great. Also because of his knowledge of the park, he found us lions & we got to see a rhino among everything else. At lake Naiwasha he took us to the boat tour and we had a great hour long private boat ride (it was a decently sized boat, not tiny like I've seen in other pictures) where we saw lots of birds and game. We were especially wowed by hippos (we saw mother with the young) and eagles. We skipped the lunch to get back to Nairobi sooner to seize more of the day. All in all, we had a great time and we can wholeheartedly recommend this tour and especially our guide - Black Santa
