  Overall a simple process to obtain my tickets. Have the confirmation number that is in the email ready to provide the ticket salesperson. There was no kiosk, and the staff stated that the kiosks are no longer in use. Universal parks were amazing, can't wait to go back again. Seuss landing was amazing.

  We brought our voucher to the ticket office, and they helped us exchange it for our three-day tickets with no issues. I do wish there had been an option to add the voucher directly to Apple Wallet for more convenience. That said, I was happy with the savings. I was able to get money back through my credit card rewards, Rakuten, and even received credit through Viator, which made the purchase feel like a great value overall.

  Clear details were not provided in what I purchased, which I thought was a 2-day park to park pass for Universial Studios and Islands of Adventure plus Epic. When I got to the gate to exchange, Epic staff told me "no." I called Viaotor, and they said yes, that I had purchased the 3 day park passes. I waited an hour before I was able to go into the park, waiting on the phone for them. Then, they told me that I only had a 2-day pass. I paid about $1600 for the 2-day park passes for 4 people. Plus, I had to pay extra $500 to get an extra 3rd day to the park, and that was only for 3 people. I'm hesistant to use Viator again. It lost me an hour of time in the park.

  We took the whole family to sll three parks, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Epic Universe for Christmas, and had a blast! They decorated for the holiday and had a Christmas Macy's style parade in New York. The Wizarding World is always my favorite and makes you feel like you jump right into the movies! • Alternative way to get your Universal tickets

  If you are staying at a Universal resort such as Loews Sapphire Falls, you can redeem these tickets at the Guest Services desk, which is usually open until 8 PM. This means you can get your tickets after checking in and don't have to go to the ticket office at one of the parks to redeem your voucher. This was not always the case but I'm glad Universal can redeem the vouchers you get from Viator now, as it saves a major headache we had previously.

  My recent experience at Universal Studios Florida was very disappointing due to the way emergency situations were handled by staff. During my visit, there were two separate emergency incidents in the park where I had to step in and assist because staff appeared unprepared and unsure of how to respond. I do not work for the park, and I am an off-duty first responder, yet I found myself having to assist a guest while employees were either unresponsive or not effectively managing the situation. What concerned me most was the lack of training, coordination, and confidence among staff during these emergencies. The response felt disorganized, and in some cases, staff members were not helpful or were even rude while I was actively trying to assist someone in need. After both incidents, there was no follow-up with me at all. No one checked to see if I was okay after being involved in stressful emergency situations that I did not initiate and was not responsible for. For a major theme park with high guest volume and known safety expectations, I expected a much higher level of preparedness, professionalism, and guest care during emergencies.

  Absolutely the worst experience. we bought annual passes of which I'm now going to ask for a refund. we got there early the weights for rides were over 2 hours each. so far it's 4:00 in the afternoon and we've only been able to ride on two rides. of course you can buy the skip the line passes for another $180 so that makes a single day over 1300 for a family of four. the excuse from universal is that they have graduation events going on but all that means is they consciously made a decision to oversell the parks. avoid universal at all costs unless you decide that you want to spend a lot of money wait in Long rides and just get frustrated.
