5.00Gobi was an excellent teacher as well as charming and fun. We visited a market to learn about Thai cuisine ingredients before going to a farm for our lesson. We cooked under cover in a beautiful garden of fruit trees, vegetables and herbs. The results were delicious and I can’t wait to cook the dishes at home
