  I went on a bike tour around town with Mr. Lek. He was a very nice guide who introduced me to the city, temples and markets in Chiang Mai with great interest from a historical/geographic/cultural perspective. It was also a very refreshing tour for the weather this time of year. The next time I get the chance to come to Chiang Mai, I want to join the Mountain Trek Tour.

  We did our bike tour through Chiang Mai with our guide Vivi, a very nice woman who shared lots of useful information about the city and its people. It was a relaxed tour that I can absolutely recommend to everyone. Our tour guide took photos of us along the way, and these were sent to us by email afterward. It couldn't have been better. Thank you so much for the wonderful tour, Vivi!

  We loved our bicycle tour. We saw so many back alleys and parts of Chiang Mai we wouldn’t have seen. Our guide was great, answered all my questions and more, giving us more details about Chiang Mai. Loved our coconut pancake and coconut water at Worowat market. Wonderful afternoon, so worth doing.

  I had an absolutely unreal experience on this bike tour. From start to finish, it felt less like a standard tour and more like something tailored just for me. Vivi was an absolute standout. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about everything along the route, but she delivers it with so much personality and humor that you’re constantly engaged. She’s genuinely funny without trying too hard, and there’s something about her vibe that just puts you at ease straight away. It honestly felt like I was being shown around by someone from back home rather than a guide I’d just met. Super down-to-earth, welcoming, and just great energy all around. Dan, the intern, deserves serious credit too. Calling him an intern almost feels wrong because his knowledge and professionalism are already at a top level. His English is excellent, communication was smooth the whole time, and he carried himself with the confidence of a lead guide. With the way he handled everything, I’d be surprised if he stays an intern for long—he’s more than ready to step up. Genuinely impressive. Both Vivi and Dan made sure I felt looked after the entire time. The service was warm, attentive, and effortless. You can tell they really care about giving people a great experience, and it shows in every detail. Highly recommend this tour—if you get Vivi and Dan, you’re in for something special.

  The tour exceeded expectations, which was high given all of the five star reviews. Vivi was super knowledgeable and passionate about the city. We also really appreciated that she took pictures while we were touring and sent them to us afterwards. We had a small group - just five of us, including Vivi. Most of the time we were on side streets but we occasionally were on the main streets with lots of exhaust. If you are sensitive to exhaust, bring a mask!

  Great guided tour through the old town, while crossing different neighborhoods and temples for lunch in chinatown in a local market. Very nice experience, the guide is very friendly , and gives very interesting information. I highly recommend this excursion.

  We loved our tour. Vivi was so informative. We got to see a different perspective of Chang Mai. The city bike was in great condition and I felt very safe and comfortable riding with Vivi as our guide

  I did this 3 hour tour which was led by Vivi. She was extremely welcoming, courteous and enthusiastic. I am not a very experienced cyclist and was somewhat uncomfortable in the traffic. She adjusted the tour to start with quieter places and very safely guided me on busier streets. After a few minutes I grew in confidence. I got to see parts of Chiang Mai that I couldn't have managed on my own and wouldn't have learnt as much as I did with her. Very much enjoyed the conversations with her and the tea and shome shopping in the Warorot market! I would like to come back and do a longer tour with her!
