• Camel ride into the sunset

  A real spectacle in the desert. Lots of fun. Be prepared for the hour to be a little bumpy! The ride is broken by a chai break to watch the sun go down and we were able to sit astride a camel while we watched. A great experience.

  Our family (kids aged 8 and 10) throughly enjoyed our 1.5 hour sunset camel cart ride organised by Manish! It was very beautiful viewing the sun set over the desert and our driver and camel were lovely. Communication with Manish was clear and responsive. Highly recommended!

  I went with 83yr old mother. Driver very respectful and looked after her very well! A very different yet beautiful way to watch the sun set. Got to see an elephant whilst out there!

  I booked this tour with The Pushkar Route, having done several other tours with them. The tour was arranged easily, pickup was on time and as promised, and all ran smoothly. It was nice going for sunset to enjoy the camel cart ride and see a little of the surrounding area. I think this is a nice activity for families or couples. The cultural show was OK — it started with some traditional dancing and folk singing, then moved into a more party-style atmosphere, which may appeal to some more than others. The fire show and the food were the highlights for me. I didn't stay overnight, but as promised, I was dropped safely back at my hotel. Thanks again to The Pushkar Route for organising this tour for me.

  This was an amazing trip! Manish organised it at a reasonable price. The start was a little off-putting given the amount of rubbish lying about but once we set off it was much better. We began in the cart at the back of the camel but then had the opportunity to ride on the camel. That was exciting if a little bumpy! Brilliant sunset at the top

  Manish organised our Jeep sunset tour - we were greeted at our hotel by a driver, who walked us to the nearby Jeep. We then had a short (around 15mins) (but very entertaining) drive out towards the sunset, stopping by some camels, where you have the option to do a camel ride (for an additional fee). The sunset spot and view was amazing! You can also get chai there if you like. Our Jeep driver was knowledgeable and spoke some English, and also drove the Jeep well (on the steep and bumpy roads!) We were back in Pushkar shortly after sunset around 7pm. Highly recommend this tour for a bit of fun and lovely sunset view.
