5.00You need to purchase your tickets to skip the line in advance. Otherwise you will wait for hours in a different line The place to turn in your voucher was a few minutes away ; away from the crowd. Easy to redeem and then you walk past all those waiting and the entry process took less than 5 minutes

4.00All the art and all the wonderful and indispensable rooms. However, at the level of staff organization and queues decespera etc is a disaster. And excused to buy tickets with priority and no queues, because you will stop in the queues at the same time...

5.00Puts you in the fast-pass line at entrance security point 1. Not a 100% skip the line but it was a much shorter than the regular line. Great communication from the tour operator and they conveniently sent the electronic tickets to me in whatsApp along with excellent directions & instructions. We wouldn’t have been able to get tickets for this date and time had we not purchased them through Viator. The regular entrance tickets were all sold out for the time we were traveling.

4.00I visited the Vatican Museums about a month ago during a very busy period and used their ticketing service. Despite the heavy crowds, they provided the e-ticket within the promised time, which was helpful. Recently, I visited the museum again with my family and chose their service once more. This time the process was even smoother, and their assistance made the visit much more comfortable. Overall, their support was reliable, and I appreciated the help they provided on both occasions.

1.00A terrible experience. Our tour of the Vatican and Sisteen Chapel was 2:30 then changed by Viator to 2 o'clock. We arrived an hour early, but King Charles was coming through and roads were closed. We waited forever for them to open, and then the mass of crowds who had been waiting at barricades when roads opened prevented us from even getting to the Vatican. Kept asking volunteers for help where to go, but we're misdirected several times. I asked for a refund and was refused. Double disappointment … Lost my once in a lifetime chance to have this experience! And lost money!
