  This was by far the best experience! From receiving priority entrance (no lines) to our guides (Mateo) knowledge and insight, we could not have imagined a better experience! I would 100% recommend this experience to anyone and wouldn’t consider not doing it if it’s your first time!

  Matt was an excellent guide. He was engaging, knowledgeable, and full of cool insights that made the experience memorable. The tour was incredibly informative, and we were able to enter the Louvre quickly, essentially skipping the long lines. We’d absolutely rate this experience a 10/10 and highly recommend it. We only had 3 days in Paris and were trying to accomplish a lot in a short amount of time, so this tour ended up being perfect for us. It showed us all of the major highlights while also giving us a lot of information and context that we definitely wouldn’t have gotten on our own. Without this tour, we would’ve wasted time trying to figure out where to go and probably would’ve gotten lost. The group size was also perfect and a major reason we chose this specific tour. The small group size made it feel really personal and allowed us to actually hear everything and ask questions along the way. We especially appreciated the thoughtful details, like providing a locker for our belongings and headsets so we could hear clearly throughout the museum. Matt even shared great restaurant recommendations for after the tour. The only thing we wish we had done differently was wander around the Louvre a little more on our own after the tour ended, and we highly recommend doing that if it fits into your schedule! We will definitely rebook when we’re in Paris again!

  Had an amazing small group tour at the Louvre! Our guide was absolutely fantastic—knowledgeable, engaging, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. Highly recommend visiting around 6 PM when the crowds are lighter—it made a huge difference and allowed us to truly appreciate the art without the usual rush. Big thanks to the Rover team for such a smooth, relaxed, and memorable Louvre experience!

  Interesting and engaging! We visited Paris as a family and wanted to see the Louvre with a guide; this tour was the highlight of our trip! Our guide, Celia, was wonderful and very knowledgeable. She really knows her stuff and has a personal approach—never boring and able to keep our attention levels high. Booking this private tour was the best choice we made, especially since Celia led us through the museum easily while avoiding the crowds. Everything was well-organized with smooth communication. It was an excellent experience for the whole family! Thank you, Celia, for being so kind and insightful, and for helping us understand the richness of such a beautiful place.

  This was hands down the best way to visit the Louvre. We were a small group of 6, which made everything feel relaxed and personal. Our guide adapted the tour to our interests, explained the key artworks beautifully, and shared stories we would have never discovered on our own.

  Small group tour, there were 4 of us and we couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide than Matteo. He was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the Louvre it was a great history lesson.
