5.00We had so much fun. Very smooth experience from booking to every destination of the tour. Lam as Operator/Tour Guide responds to inquiry so fast. He is also our official photographer and knows the best spots and angles to achieve picturesque result. He cracks jokes to keep the travel alive and informative. He was even extending effort to drop us to Calgary Tower to catch up our dinner on time. The value for money is very worth it and highly recommended regardless if traveling solo or group. Kuddos to Lam and his team.

5.00⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommend BANFF MADTOURS! Although it rained throughout the entire day in Banff, our guide made the trip enjoyable from start to finish. They thoughtfully prepared umbrellas for us and took exceptional care of the elderly members in our group, making sure everyone was comfortable and well looked after. The guide was also fantastic at taking photos! Every picture looked beautiful and professional, and they knew all the best angles and photo spots. We came home with so many wonderful memories and amazing photos. Excellent service, great attention to detail, and a truly caring guide. We will definitely book with you again on our next trip! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
