• Rabelo boat on the river Douro

  It was a rainy day, but despite everything it was a beautiful walk at the end of the day. Stay at 2h from Porto. The ride on the Rabelo boat was very interesting, our guide was very attentive and gave us several recommendations in the region. It was possible to learn the stories and legends of the region. It was just me and my husband so we had a unique and romantic experience. It is definitely worth the visit.

  We did the one hour walk and it was so beautiful that maybe we would recommend choosing the 2 hour walk. The boat is comfortable (with toilet), the friendly welcome and the explanations available on an app to download very interesting. The landscapes are beautiful! A very nice moment not to be missed during a visit to Pinhao.

  Superb ride on the Douro with Captain Carlos Marthino and his colleague Emmanuel 😎 They will tell you a lot of anecdotes about life in the valley and the transport of the port in Rabelo, the traditional boat 👍🏻 The landscapes are beautiful and the comments complete with audio on the phone.   Terrible experience. When purchasing a ticket, sales rep clearly communicated that an app would not be downloaded. Upon boarding the boat, the captain said the only way to hear the audio was to download an app. Watching the other guests that downloaded the app, no one was listening 10 minutes into the trip due to the poor quality and the multiple languages everyone was listening to on their speakers. Clear waste of money and time.

  Nice scam. 12,50 € for 30 minutes, go 30 minutes. Time return. Audio guide to download to your phone or it only tells you about properties in Porto owned by big companies with no history on the history of Douro on the history in general. Nothing interesting. Nothing cultural, too bad

  There was a delay of 10 minutes on starting the trip. On the end we were waiting for a time compensation but it ended 5 minutes earlier. In a one hour trip 15 minutes makes a difference.

  Tour made in the Douro on a rabello boat. Amazing views, friendly and friendly staff. Lack of information during the tour, as no communication is made throughout the tour and so we do not know what we are visiting / seeing.
