  Although the experience did as advertised, it was basically a cab ride to Windsor, tickets and that’s it. My fault, considering how much it cost which would have been much cheaper if we would have just Uber’d there on our own and bought tickets would have saved us about half of the cost. I think this took advantage of first time travelers which was our case. As mentioned, the experience did as advertised but at double the cost and much less enrichment. Buyer beware and read the fine print. Lesson learned. I think Viator should look deeper into these experiences for their customers.

  Paid over $1000 for an 60 -90 minute car ride for 4 people and entrance to castle. Totally not worth it. Requested a partial refund as this was not acceptable and did not receive it.

• Private ride to and from Windsor with group audio tour for a shopping $1200 plus!

  Ride to and from was great- but after arriving we were in long lines and used audio I am not sure what our $1200 tickets paid for- huge scam.a we showed other groups and they were shocked! Even the leaders of other groups couldn’t make sense of why it was so expensive- they all asked who it was with- we felt badly but Viator was not a name anyone would pick after seeing our prices for we got.

  We had a driver who picked us up at our hotel and drove us to Windsor Castle. The drive was about an hour. The driver picked us up on time and returned after our tour on time. The car was small...I think when you hire Viator simply to drive from here to there and not on a tour, they use their own cars, which seem to be compact. Pretty average.

  Windsor castle was a highlight of my Mom's trip to London- it is such a majestic site! This tour provided safe and comfortable transportation to/from Windsor and entrance tickets to the castle. This was our last major event of the holiday, so we appreciated a quiet and relaxed ride.

  Ian, walked us to historic buildings and statues before we entered the war room. He was detailed and enthusiastic- he was the best tour guide!

  Our driver, Kazi, was so wonderful. Everything went smoothly and he directed us very nicely. Windsor castle is one of the best. Getting to see that church up close wax amazing.

  Windsor Castle was amazing our service from London to Windsor and back was very nice and very easy, highly recommend this company, it was very nice that they pre-booked our tickets as when we arrived there was a queue but we walked straight in as we already had our tickets.
