  Liam ( driver and guide ) was excellent. He messaged us in advance , was on time and was very knowledgeable . He showed us all the sites with enough time and also took our photos. We were also able to have lunch at a vibrant market area. He explained about the history and culture and also picked us and dropped us back and also helped us get chargers on the way at our request. Thanks to Liam and the tour Manager and company and Viator , we had a very memorable experience. 10/10.

  Our driver, Matt, was the most friendly and personable guide. He made us feel very comfortable, explained everything with real excitement and knowledge. The tour was thorough. I highly recommend Matt for your tour. The cab is very comfortable.

  Billy was amazing. We woke up late because I got the date confused and he waited for us. He was an excellent tour guide and gave us so much history and even provided us with an awesome video and pics after. I recommend to anyone. I couldn't imagine seeing london any other way!

  If you're going to London you need to do the black Cab Tour with William Cullen {Billy} He was amazing!! He took us where we wanted to go & new the history of London. Also he is an expert with picture taking.He was very flexible also.

  Fabulous day spent with Billy!!! We debated prior to booking, how we would be able to see London highlights in a short window of time…Billy is your answer!!! He can adapt your experience based on your needs and wants, and I’m sure if you wanted a longer duration, he could work that also. His cab status allows him some very unique parking abilities that aid with most stops. He is knowledgeable and personable which makes the experience even better. This is a can’t miss option for any trip to London!!!

  We was blown away with the tour we had with Billy a few weeks ago. I was dreading Going to London with 2 young children in a cab but it was fab. Billy had so much knowledge that even interested little ears. Keeping them excited and having lots of stop offs to stretch legs and learn about the history of our beautiful capital city. The day was well organised and we actually want to doit again. We stopped for lunch and it was so nice to be dropped outside and picked up as soon as we finished. Amazing day out for any age x
