  Poor communication & customer service by Tours of Switzerland for this expensive tour. They were quick to cancel our tour and not provide any options despite our repeated contact about our travel delay that was beyond our control. Won’t use them again.

  A good tour guide like we had with Jean will make using the local transportation much easier and fun. Jean also had a very good understanding of history which enhanced our experience.

  super efficient. you will ride a tram from your hotel, then train, then bus, then cable car, gondola, cogwheel, boat, back to the train. All expertly led by Jean and he had tickets, provided an easy relaxed experience. not a lot of walking - one stroll that is uphill and if you want stairs outside top the tip top of mountain. my father has mobility issues and stayed and watched a provided historical movie near the top while I went up. but otherwise able to walk leisurely from one thing to the next. don’t surprised if fog and clouds obscure view. Jean provided history, legends, practical info about swiss life and was funny. great day trip!

  Taking the private tour of Mount Pilatus and Lake Lucerne was an amazing experience! Jean (tour guide) was incredible - very knowledgeable about the area, extremely polite and considerate. Would book another tour in a heartbeat.

  Great day trip from Basel. So much to see and do, the day flew by. Our guide Michael was very professional and personable. We were thankful he was our guide during the Last minute train schedule change and track transfer.
