• Disappointed in Portugal

  Just before my arrival in Portugal, the owner of the tour company asked me to change the date of my tour. He was unable to operate the tour on the agreed date. When I was unable to accommodate his schedule, he assigned a driver who was not a knowledgeable tour guide. As a result, the overall experience was disappointing and fell short of expectations.

• I do not recommend! We were left without the tour.

  They didn't show up. We waited at the hotel for 1 hour and there was no contact. I tried calling and sending messages through the app and no one answered. Much later they informed that they were going to return the money and that ARC had problems with their car. Being left without information is the worst, without the tour it's horrible, I just hope they refund the amount. I do not recommend!

  Don’t miss this Tour when you come to Sintra. I’m going to give you our guide’s full name so that you can experience his warmth, knowledge and experience. Antonio Rodrigues Catarina was truly outstanding. The wineries and tile factory tour where both informative and entertaining. You will not regret this experience.

  Antonio went above and beyond. We felt so special and spoiled. My favorite was visiting the azulejo master craftsman and watching them hand paint each tile! I highly recommend Antonio and this tour!

  Antonio was an excellent tour guide from beginning to end. He selected 2 wineries that complemented each other in history, taste and culture.   Antonio was wonderful! He showed up on time and gave us helpful information about the country. He was also very attentive during our wine tasting and took great photos of us! He also recommended places to eat. A wonderful tour guide and excellent tour!

  Really great tour. Lovely guide Antonio really friendly and so informative. Lovely vehicle for the private tour and we were really well looked after. Antonio’s knowledge was excellent really informative and good fun. Two great tours of wineries both really excellent but very different. Highly recommend

  Antonio was one of the best tour guides we have had in all our world travels. His attention to detail of our requests was second to none. I wish we would have booked him at the start of our six days in Lisbon instead of the 5th. His personalized tour, wineries selected and knowledge of the area was outstanding. The tile place was a huge highlight of the tour also. I would recommend him over any other company and guide. He made our tour extremely special!!
