What To Expect
ガイド付きブドウ畑散策からスタートし、地元のブドウ品種を発見し、持続可能なブドウ栽培と伝統的な醸造方法を学びます。 ブドウの栽培から発酵、熟成までの各工程をホストがご説明します。 ブドウ園訪問後は、屋外のワインバーでリラックスしてガイド付きテイスティングセッションをお楽しみください。 各ラベルの背景にあるエノロジカルな技術を学びながら、ワイナリーのワインセレクションを試食します。 次に、インタラクティブなギリシャ料理体験に参加しましょう。 参加は任意ですが、ぜひご参加ください！ 地元のレシピや季節の食材にインスパイアされた伝統料理を一緒に作ります。 ブドウ畑を見下ろすレストランエリアでは、ギリシャで「メゼーデス」と呼ばれるタパススタイルの食事が楽しめます。 ほとんどベジタリアン向けのメニューは、地元のパン、ギリシャサラダ、ツァツィキ、チロクアフターリ、ナスのサラダなど、伝統的な名物料理が揃っており、味わったワインとのペアリングに最適です。 最後に、蒸留所エリアに足を踏み入れて蒸留プロセスを学び、伝統的に消化液として供される地元産のブドウ蒸留酒、ツィプーロのテイスティングをお楽しみください。

5.00The winery and its location was amazing. The scenery was absolutely picturesque, making it a perfect setting to relax and take everything in. Jason was incredibly informative and knowledgeable, adding real depth to the experience. The wine was great, and I really enjoyed the cooking aspect—it made the whole day feel interactive and memorable. Overall, it was a fantastic day out that I’d highly recommend.

5.0011 other friends and I visited the winery last week. It was a beautiful and memorable experience. Jason shared much about his family and great knowledge in wine production, the land of Rhodes and his specific grapes and wines. We were then able to get hands on in making 3 Greek appetizers . The experience ended with us eating approximately 10 different tapas along with their wines. A truly amazing time! Thank you, Jason!

5.00Jason was awesome! If I could do it again I would! He was very patient and informative! Very knowledgeable about wine! They give you a mountain of food to eat at the end. He also told a lot of jokes and made the class fun.

5.00We had the best day at Jason’s family vineyard & winery, definitely the highlight of our holiday, so much so that we went back the next day! Jason was a great host with lots of useful information (along with a few laughs, too) & we felt involved the whole way through. The cooking class got everyone chatting, again with lots of hints & tips & the food was gorgeous, but the wine was the star of the show! We came away with two bottles which did not last long at all! Should we come back to Rhodes this excursion will be at the very top of my list. Thanks again Jason & congratulations on the job you’re doing!

5.00We had a wonderful visit to the winery. Jason is the perfect host - very charismatic and hugely passionate & knowledgeable about his craft. The lunch was enormous and the wines delicious and plentiful! The cookery class was very basic but Jason made it enjoyable nonetheless. We were not rushed at all and were encouraged to enjoy the laid back charm of Vineyard Anastasia. We were very keen to bring some wines back with us & enjoyed them very much - especially their good value! We will visit again when next time in Rhodes & thoroughly recommend this visit - you won’t regret it!
