• Fantastic first time visit in Shanghai

  We are two friends who are recently enjoying a week-long tour covering Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Suzhou. Our first stop in Shanghai was outstanding, thanks especially to our guide, Peggy. She was so witty combined with deep knowledge making the experience both educational and fun. Peggy was incredibly attentive, always considering our interests and preferences to tailor the trip. Because of her, we now have a much richer and deeper appreciation of Shanghai’s culture and history. Our driver was equally impressive — consistently punctual and professional. The car was comfortable, making all the transfers smooth and pleasant. This seamless teamwork by Jenny Tours ensured a hassle-free, memorable journey for us. We wholeheartedly recommend Jenny Tours and our Shanghai guide, Peggy, for anyone wanting to explore Shanghai with a perfect blend of insight, warmth, and reliability.   This was a lovely tour and we really appreciate being able to customize it to our own style. Our guide Peggy did a fantastic job touring us around and was accommodating to us even having a wonderful foot treatment by some little fish. The history was so rich and you could appreciate her and fellow Chinese citizens the love of country and pride in the accomplishments Shanghai has achieved. Loved having the fish nibble our feet. The Watertown was so interesting and the temples beautiful. Thanks Peggy great job.

  Private tour is a way to go, you can see so much in given time. No waiting for other stragglers. It was just me and my wife and pace was just right for us. Having fluent English speaker that will give you informative tour of your visit with private driver that pick you up and drop you off at the site is perfect.

  Jessie was extremely knowledgeable with great English. She enjoyed her job. Driver was great too. Car was air conditioned and comfortable.

  Had a family vacation in Suzhou and Shanghai with Jenny's. Enjoyed the flexibility and customised itineraries. Price is reasonable for private tour. Highly recommended.

  Jenny's travel and team were excellent in terms of flexibility and local knowledge. Our guide, nora, speaks fluent english and provide excellent customer service. Highly appreciate fast response and last minute arrangement.

• Private Tour- WORTH IT!

  My mom and I did a private tour while in Shanghai. The driver and our tour guide met us at our hotel and messaged us when they arrived. Our tour guide, Angel, was amazing! She was so knowledgeable about the city and took us to the hot places and historical Shanghai must sees. She was also flexible and personalized our tour by listening to what we were interested in and made adjustments throughout the day to make sure we had an amazing tour. It was SO nice having our own transportation where we could leave our bought goodies and not having to carry them around. Plus, we didn't have to worry about the crowds in the subways. We were only in China for a week, so we needing to squeeze as much in as we could. We also used Jenny's tour company in Beijing. Recommend 100%!

  Peggy gave us a great tour. Loved zhujiajiao and definitely recommend doing one of Jenny's Watertown tours. Peggy did a great job of showing us Shanghai sites. For lunch, she took us to a restaurant for locals and ordered us a lovely variety of typical Shanghaiese dishes. Delicious! Peggy exceeded all our requests and made us first time visitors very comfortable. Highly recommend Peggy and her driver, Mr Wong, and would definitely use her again. Thank you.

  Where do I begin? First of all, Summer is a spectacular guide! She is so friendly, knowledgeable and fun! Everything you’d want from a guide! My husband and I only had one day to see Shanghai and I’m so glad we booked this tour! Summer went above and beyond the entire day to make sure we were having the best experience possible. She tailored some of our stops to our interests and she even stayed late to make sure we saw the incredible Shanghai skyline at night time and set up dinner reservations for us. She also took a ton of photos of us with her awesome phone camera and sent them to me later. We became fast friends with Summer and I’m so grateful that we now have an awesome friend in Shanghai! Don’t hesitate to book with Jenny’s Shanghai Tours! No matter what you’re interested in I can guarantee they will make a great day for you!
