  Picked up by a clean, professional driver from the hotel. The vehicle was new & clean. The driver spoke English and spoke to us to share areas of Brussels as we went to Brugge. The tour guide met us in Brugge and we did a walking tour. It was fabulous! We had lunch, did a little more touring in Brugge, then to Gent which was also an interesting city to learn about. I highly recommend this tour if you want to see & learn about these areas in a day.

  We were dropped off at the perimeter of the old city. Walking these cities was the best way to see the sights. We saw old canals, bridges, a monastery, churches, the cathedral, town hall and other beautiful old buildings. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Bruges was our favorite city. The cobbled streets and old stories and fables were very interesting and captivating.

  It was great!! Very informative and thorough. Driver was competent. Henry was our guide and he was packed a great day of practical, informative and entertaining experiences. The cathedral in Bruges is not to be missed.

  we enjoyed our day very much. Highly recommend. Our tour guide was VERY knowledgable and was very happy to go at our pace. His driver was about 30 mins late for pick up. Guide was not happy about this either. Was fine with adding the time on at the end of the day to make up for it :)

  This was a horrific experience and I would not recommend. It was horrible. Our guide did not speak clear English. We asked to do several things and he ignored all requests. Then he insisted on eating lunch with us and stuck me with paying for his lunch and never acknowledged it or thanked me. He definitely ruined Bruges and Ghent for us. What a waste of money.

  This was a great day trip from our Brussels bnb for the family (including 77year old and a 7year old). The weather was spotty so our guide Dirk flipped the itinerary and we wound up missing all of the rain that way (great move!). We hit the highlights of the two medieval cities. A fair amount of walking is required for these places, which we were used to.

  

  

  

  

• Bad tour company that doesn't operate in good faith

  Viator rebooked us for this tour company after our initial tour company canceled at the last minute. We were thankful that this company filled in, but unfortunately, it was not a good tour. The first issue occurred when we were messaged by our tour guide in the morning that he was coming to pick us up in his "Comfort car." We spent hundreds more on a "luxury car," and the tour operator was unwilling to offer a refund for the price difference. They offered us 150 Euro back or a free lunch. The price difference is more than double what they offered. They made the excuse of commission costs, last minute booking, yadda yadda. They were unwilling to make it right. After that debacle, we were uncertain whether we even wanted to take the tour because it was already off on the wrong foot. But, since we were left high and dry, we decided to take a chance. Next, our tour operator shows up. He tried his best, but he didn't know the country well. He only lived there for five years and did tours as a side hustle on the weekends. NOT GOOD. I would expect an expert tour guide who knows the country well and can speak clear English for the amount we paid. After that, the tour itself was sub-par. We waited a long time for the guide to find parking, had to pay for items ourselves, were rushed along, and ultimately didn't enjoy the country as we would have liked. Be aware of this company and what you pay for. They're out to get the most money out of you and not provide the service you paid for.

  Excellent choice to visit both cities. Our driver and the guide were fantastic. We had time for a river cruise in Bruges and it was amazing. Definitely great way to see both cities
