You can really notice the passion, knowledge, and affection with which she shares the history and essence of Bern. Karina has a very special way of connecting with people and making the tour feel close, fun, and authentic. Not only did we learn a lot about the city and its history, but she also made us enjoy every corner of the old town in a very special way. It was definitely one of the best experiences of my trip, and I recommend this tour 100% for anyone who wants to truly know Bern, beyond the touristy aspects. She was attentive, patient, and flexible from the start, adapting to what we wanted to see and explaining everything in a clear, friendly way.
