  Milo & Mo with BIKE DENALI had ONE PRIORITY--making sure we had an INCREDIBLE ride through some of the most beautiful land this world has to offer. Those two were amazing in being able to point out the routes to take, the options we had to suit our time/abilities and their only concern was with giving us a once in a lifetime experience with the four hours we had. We are SO APPRECIATIVE of the time, attention, and genuine enthusiasm they had to make sure our day in Denali was something we would remember for the rest of our lives--and we will, and we have THEM to THANK!

  Fantastic! Our bike ride was our favorite part of Denali. Bike Denali made it easy. They gave us a briefing on the bike, provided recommendations on where to go, and then we were out! The bikes were of high quality and the staff was friendly and professional. Great experience!

  This was one of my very favorite activities on my trip to Denali. The e-bikes are perfect for the hills on the road through the park, and the views are incredible. Simply so much more than riding a bus, which, not to criticize that, the bus tour was perfect for spotting wildlife and big sweeping views, but up close and personal on a bike cannot be duplicated! Bikes are in great condition and the staff was very responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. A good tutorial is given before you’re launched. Highly recommend!

  These guys are the best! They were so warm and welcoming, showed us clearly and plainly how the bikes work, where to ride on the map, how to use the bear spray should we need it, which we did not. We rode 30 miles all together and had a glorious time. Saw a couple moose, stopped to visit the sled dogs, sailed up and down the park road, and along the beautiful bike path.   Loved the experience of ebiking through Denali. Could never have done it without the power assist as it was about 1500 ft of elevation. Stopped for lots of animals and incredible views! We had very little experience on an ebike but they were easy and fun to operate. The guys that got us ready were friendly, patient and helpful. They gave us an extra battery for our pack just in case, but we ended up with 50% battery after going 15 miles in to Savage River and back out. We also returned the bikes after the employees left. Locked them up and dropped the keys in the box! Easy and accommodating! One note, the store location is not a building, just a tent on the side of the road so don’t be surprised when you go looking for it! (The google address is accurate!)

  We had a fantastic experience with the 4-Hour Front Country e-Bike Rental from Bike Denali. The bikes were easy to operate, even for those with limited e-bike experience, and they provided a fun and unique way to explore the Denali area at our own pace. Riding through the park allowed us to take in the beautiful scenery, stop for photos whenever we wanted, and enjoy the outdoors without the limitations of a vehicle. The e-bikes made the hills and longer distances very manageable. We also appreciated the extra touches provided by Bike Denali. They supplied bear spray for safety and rain gear if needed, which gave us peace of mind knowing we were prepared for Alaska's unpredictable weather. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. We highly recommend this excursion to anyone looking for an active and memorable way to experience Denali.
