5.00We are a Peruvian family moved to Italy for years now, with our return to Peru we had just the desire to start discovering our wonderful country and in this helped us this SAMEX TOURS agency that we contacted again when we were in Italy driven by positive comments and their different social pages we relied on them and their experience and we absolutely did not regret the choice made. We have always been in contact right away and they have proved very helpful in every aspect. There were 6 of us on some trips we were alone with the guide in others along with other groups but in each trip there was organization and availability. The means used very convenient, the lunches and breakfast buffets were not bad but we can not say excellent but I think it does not depend on them, each stage had a very prepared guide who followed us from beginning to end. The hotel in Cusco chosen by them was nice but little organized with breakfast especially considering that departures are always very early and so there should already be everything ready for those who have to leave and not who are still preparing things while the second hotel in Aguas Calientes was comfortable and more modern and excellent breakfast despite we had left even earlier than usual. Finally we also experienced the thrill of going to the mountain of 7 colors with quadricycles and to be the first time on such a vehicle we were delighted to have done so. We absolutely can not complain but rather thank the staff that makes up this agency because leaving out some mishap by the hotel they were always present especially at the end of the day they called us to ask us how the day had gone and if we needed something and especially to explain how the day would unfold to follow. I recommend it and if he were to return to Cusco I would choose him again.

5.00This is, by far, one of the best tour companies I've had the opportunity to vacation with. I traveled with my elderly parents and my family during the month of April. SAMEX customized our trip to ensure we all were able to enjoy the Inka tradition and the beauty of Cusco, Peru while being safe and well. Since the moment they picked us up at the airport until they dropped us off, they ensured that we had a pleasant experience; we count with the expertise of our guide, Vladimir, who is a licensed historian and explained in detail every place we visited; Our driver Carlos was extremely skillful and patient and kept us safe at all times; Mateo, the agency director traveled with us and ensured that we received nothing but exceptional services at the Hotels and places we stayed in. I can't recommend enough SAMEX as the tour company to visit Peru.
