  Kilimanjaro Adventure Heroes (KAH) certainly is the top guide for value in Moshi and Arusha within its price range.. From day 1, Mwinyi the chief guide was open and responsive, helping us understand what was ahead. He built connections with our family and continued to provide frequent check-ins, sharing information about the area along the trail. Salumn, the cook, prepared delicious meals and kept us full of energy. Henry, the waiter and do-everything guy, was attentive and on point at all hours. Janeth, an online contact, was quick to respond to questions before our trip. Porters carried a ton of gear, food and supplies up the mountain for us, always smiling and laughing. This is truly an incredible company that provides a family- feel through Mwyini’s great leadership. We climbed the Marangu route and used the huts, which made the trip into a mostly comfortable adventure. KAH delivered a positive and encouraging attitude and we kept moving up and up, gaining the edge of the crater and making it to the summit. .

  Absolutely incredible experience with Kilimanjaro Heroes from start to finish. Customer service and communication was exceptional. Tailored a 5 day safari to suit our budget which was very price competitive and assigned us the best ever guide JAMAL who was amazing with his knowledge of local birds (my husband is a mad birdwatcher and photographer) as well as making sure we found all the regular safari animals. Exceptional English, so easy going and kind. Highly recommend this LOCALLY OWNED AND OPERATED business.   Our safari with Kilimanjaro Heroes was absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish, their communication and planning were impeccable, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. We booked this trip for a milestone birthday, and they truly made it special with thoughtful touches and expert guidance. The safari itself was beyond our wildest dreams. We were lucky enough to see all the animals we’d hoped for, including the legendary Big 5! Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, ensuring we got the best views while respecting the wildlife. Their hotel recommendations were spot on, offering comfort and great service after our adventurous days. A special shoutout to Jamal, our guide, who made the experience unforgettable. His warmth, friendliness, and deep knowledge of the area and animals added so much to our journey. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time possible. If you’re considering booking a safari, I couldn’t recommend Kilimanjaro Heroes more. They exceeded every expectation, and this trip will stay with us forever!
