  An simply wonderful and unforgettable experience. Flying in a hot air balloon at dawn was thrilling, with spectacular views and a truly magical atmosphere. A special thanks to Yassine, who was exceptional in every way. He came to pick us up directly from our home and was very punctual both going and returning. Always kind, helpful, smiling, and very professional, he contributed to making the entire experience even more enjoyable and stress-free. Thanks also to Nicole, who piloted the hot air balloon with great professionalism and expertise, making us feel safe and comfortable during the flight. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Impeccable organization, fantastic people, and a truly unique experience. I absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech, and I would do it again without any doubt.   Simplesmente Inesquecível. Uma experiência de sonho graças a toda a equipa do Ciel d'Afrique. Fomos recebidos com chá e croissants ainda antes do sol nascer, tivemos o briefing inicial e de repente somos supreedidos pelas chamas dos cestos que iluminaram o espaço e se preparavam para encher os balões. Tudo realizado ao pormenor e assim que o piloto espanhol Rafael dá ok, comecamos a subir lentamente e num momento de sincronização perfeita nasce o sol no horizonte. Que momento mágico! O resto é só nosso, nao ha palavras para explicar, por isso venham experimentar e sentir. Estamos eternamente gratos a toda a equipa e em especial ao Zacarias que fez um trabalho excepcional em video. Muito obrigado e votos de muito sucesso!! Simply unforgettable. A dream experience thanks to the entire Ciel d'Afrique team. We were greeted with tea and croissants even before sunrise, had the initial briefing, and suddenly were surprised by the flames of the baskets that illuminated the space and were preparing to fill the balloons. Everything was meticulously done, and as soon as the Spanish pilot Rafael gave the OK, we began to ascend slowly, and in a moment of perfect synchronization, the sun rose on the horizon. What a magical moment! The rest is up to us; there are no words to explain it, so come and experience it for yourselves. We are eternally grateful to the entire team and especially to Zacarias, who did an exceptional job on video. Thank you very much and best wishes for continued success!!

  UNFORGETTABLE BALLOON EXPERIENCE IN MARRAKECH! This morning, we had the chance to fly over Marrakech with CIEL D'AFRIQUE. It was a magical moment! From the welcome, the team was professional, warm, and attentive, making us feel at ease. The takeoff at sunrise offers sublime colors and landscapes. The ride with Alex Béjat as the super pilot is both peaceful and spectacular; what an emotion at altitude with just the reassuring explanations and comments... Thank you!! The landing, perfectly orchestrated with a large and efficient team to conclude this magical moment! Every detail is designed to make one feel safe while enjoying every moment of the landscape and the flight. A unique experience that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone wishing to discover Marrakech during a unique experience. Thank you to the entire team at CIEL D'AFRIQUE, and congratulations Mr. Daniel PENET for this wonderful organization!

  A genuinely unforgettable experience you will not want to miss out on! I booked the hot air balloon as a birthday gift for my dad who is in his 70s. My mum took part in it too and she is also in her 70s. I messaged the company about my mum and dad beforehand to make sure the experience was disability friendly. I asked if they could provide steps so I could help my dad get into the balloon and they were insistent about helping me. On the day of the experience they took charge and our driver Redwane along with some help from others quite literally lifted dad and out. I didn’t have to do anything. The pilot was funny and our group was great. For me, and the reason why I would use this company again, is that I could see how much they genuinely cared. Yes they were doing their job but they took it one step further by treating me and my parents with upmost respect, care and affection. Thank you to Anas who knew who I was the moment I mentioned the steps to him and Najat who signed off our certificates! I completely forgot our package included breakfast so I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the spread they had ready for us. Finally, our flight was booked for 7am but they took us up early which meant we got to see the sunrise! It was a very icing on the cake moment. Thank you again, Nasreen.

  This was a glorious way to spend a morning. We had misty, overcast and dreary weather on the ground but our pilot, Alex, took us above the clouds to a surreal world of endless blue skies and sunshine. There are so many balloons in the air that the view is spectacular no matter the weather, so don'tworry if you've booked on what feels like a dreary day. As Alex told us, every day is different. The organisation of the tour was perfect, the breakfast when you hit the ground is delicious and plentiful and the staff are very lovely. Alex was very informative and professional and we felt very safe. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend Ciel d'Afrique for your hot air balloon trip, we had an outstanding experience

  This was my first time doing a hot air balloon experience and it was absolutely wonderful. Everything with Ciel d’Afrique was very well organised and the atmosphere was calm and enjoyable from the beginning. When we arrived we were welcomed with coffee and a light breakfast, which made the start of the experience even more pleasant. The balloon flight itself was beautiful and very peaceful. Floating above the landscape was an unforgettable moment and everything felt very safe and well managed. After landing, we also enjoyed another delicious breakfast, which was the perfect way to end such a special experience. It was truly a relaxing and magical morning.   Absolutely amazing experience, truly a one-in-a-lifetime opportunity. The communication was amazing, we were picked up promptly, everything was super clear.   Superb experience in total safety with Pierre at the controls. This flight is a real joy. Beautiful weather with good visibility. It is magical and quite comfortable. A sensation that does not make you dizzy. Everything is only calm in height. It’s really sensational. Breakfast after the flight is also very nice. Thank you for this great time.

  Thanks for this unique experience! Such a nice balloon ride. Everything super organized: Pick-up, balloon setup photographed, hovering over 1h in the air with many balloons, 1A pilot Elias el O. soft landing, dismantling and back to camp to have breakfast there. Unforgettable - gladly again!
