What To Expect
土地に情熱を抱くワイン醸造家と農学者。 オーナーが、アスコリ・ピチェーノを囲む丘陵地帯にあるマルケ州のブドウ園、エラズモ ワイナリーをご案内します。 参加者全員が揃ったら、屋外でブドウ畑のパノラマツアーが始まります。ガイドがワイナリーの歴史を語ります。ワイナリーは、1980年代から有機栽培に取り組んでおり、地域振興と革新を目的として設立されました。 その後、ガイドと一緒にワインセラーを訪問します。ワイン造り専用の部屋を見学し、ブドウの加工について詳しく学び、熟成中にワインが保管される樽室に到着します。 ツアーではその後テイスティングルームへご案内します。ここでも味覚を満足していただけます。 生産者は、デラスモ ヴィーニを 3 杯提供し、専門家の説明を聞きながら、タラッリやブレッドスティックなどの乾いた焼き菓子を添えます: オッフィーダ ペコリーノ DOCG、マルケ サンジョヴェーゼ IGT、マルケ ロザート IGT。 この訪問とマルケ州への感謝を込めて、一緒に乾杯する機会となります！

5.00We were looking for a winery for a tasting in the Marche not too far from Grottammare! The D’Erasmo vini winery was a pleasant discovery. Gianluca oenologist told us the story of his family and the vineyard, a few hectares gestures and attention to detail and quality. Beautiful location in the Marche countryside, we tasted three wines a rosé that surprises you a remarkable Sangiovese red but it is the Pecorino that really conquered us! All accompanied by cured meats and cheeses of the territory carefully chosen to best enhance the three wines proposed! Gianluca's father and mother told us the stories of the typical products and recipes of the area with the result that we would stay there to sleep willingly (other guests stayed for the night) A very pleasant evening, we will be back very gladly!
