  Our tour guide was excellent. We never had a dull moment in the van, she made sure that we were comfortable. The van was on time and clean. She took us to kimono rental place and made that everything was going well. She took a lot of pictures of us and living it. We also went to Himeji castle and explained everything to us. She also took us to the best restaurant and tried the best authentic Japanese food. All the scheduled activities were done, no short cuts. The driver was also very polite, took pictures of us too and went back to the ship on time. Highly recommended.

  We spent an extremely enjoyable and educational day touring the Kobe area with Aki. From the very start, he was commuicative and eager to create an itinerary that met our wishes; he even arranged a delicious sushi lunch at an authentic restaurant! With Aki, we gained insights about the places we visited and the experiences we had (our lunch, a formal tea ceremony) that we would not otherwise have learned. He and his driver also worked so hard to help us find some specific souvenirs in which we were interested. Finally, Aki went above and beyond by not only suggesting a fantastic restaurant where we could eat Kobe beef for our dinner that night, but he also made the reservations, as well as pre-placed our order for us, to ensure that we wouldn't have any language barriers! Such a fantastic day. We highly recommend this tour!!
