• The Best Experience of Zhangjiajie!

  My husband and I had the best experience visiting Zhangjiajie! From the moment I enquired David replied with such professionalism I knew I had found the right tour group! I am a travel agent and am very well travelled, with all my busy days at work I did not have time to plan my own trip and found it hard to find any tours that included everything I wanted to do. David recommended and organised my itinerary which was a perfect mix of relaxing and exploring. Lillian was our tour leader and was AMAZING! Her English is excellent and she is very informative, punctual and attentive. We went to the 72 Tower, Yellow Dragon Cave, Baofeng River Cruise, Golden Whip Stream, Zhangjiajie ‘Avatar Mountains’, The Glass Bridge at the Canyon and walked along the river, Furong Ancient Town and Tianmen Mountain. Lillian perfectly timed everything so we never had to wait in any lines. Her knowledge of the area made this experience all the more enjoyable Unfortunately the weather wasn’t nice at Tianmen Mountain which isn’t any fault to Lillian as she can’t control the weather but this means we will have to visit again. Lillian also recommended the most delicious restaurant near our hotel which was very appreciated. I highly recommend booking, I will be recommending to not only my family and friends but all of my customers aswell! Thanks again for an amazing few days!!!   This tour provides a perfect addition to standard Avatar Mountains and Glass Bridge / Mt. Tianmen tours and allows to have a near complete view of beautiful Zhangjiajie. My special thanks to our guide Cara for a very professional and personalised approach. I am also very grateful for her valuable assistance with sorting out a personal issue which occurred on the day of the tour. The visit of the Baifeng Lake and Yellow Dragon Cave took place just before my departure from Zhangjiajie and it served as a great finishing touch of the overall great experience in this wonderful part of China!

  The whole tour was seamless. Our guide, Arianna, was the best. She explained everything so well and was really patient and attentive. The Karst cave is quite nice to visit with its structures and you can get good photos. The Baofeng Lake is an ok attraction. Nothing too special about it. Tour lasts around 5-6 hours. Overall, great experience.

  Chandler was my guide for a packed 4-day trip to Zhangjiajie, and honestly one of the best guides I’ve come across. Going with a private tour made a huge difference — we could move at our own pace and tweak the itinerary whenever needed. One of the days at Avatar Mountain was completely rained out, with visibility close to zero. I asked if we could go back the next day, and Chandler made it happen — checked availability, sorted the reservations, no fuss. Really glad he did, because the second visit was worth it. Since it was holiday season in China, the parks were packed. Chandler always had us there early enough to avoid the worst of the crowds and queues, which saved a lot of frustration. He even stepped in at the airport check-in counter when I was running short on time and helped speed things along. It was a trip I won’t forget. Would highly recommend Chandler and this company to anyone planning a visit to Zhangjiajie

  Had a whirlwind 2 day / 1 night tour of Zhangjiajie and had Arianna as our guide. Our group had four people over 60 whose fitness are not what they once were, and Arianna was able to flex and accommodate amazingly such that we all had a wonderful time. The natural wonders in Zhangjiajie speak for themselves, but I know for a fact that without Arianna our group of 5 wouldn’t have had as enjoyable a time given how many modes of transport there are once you are in the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park or Tianmen Mountain between the shuttle busses, escalators, gondolas, cable cars, chairlifts, and elevators 😅 Not only was she knowledgeable about all the areas we visited, she’s an excellent photographer and we have so many excellently framed and taken photos to thank her for 🙌

  I give this tour 1000 stars! Sarvin was an exceptional guide, I could not thank her enough and I could not ask for more. Very professional, knowledgeable and approachable. She did not only give me the best tour but she also made me laugh with her great sense of humour, there was never a dull moment. Yellow cave and Baofeng lake were amazing and not to be missed. Never a doubt, would highly recommend this tour and if you get Sarvin as the guide, you are in luck as she is the best tour guide I ever had in all my tours and travel. The company owner was very competent too. He messaged me ahead of time for organised pick-up. Also thanks to the driver who was also very good. You guys rock! P.S. Sarvin takes good photos. 謝謝 Xièxiè Sarvin! I wish you are my guide for the rest of my tour! You are an angel!

  We got picked up at our hotel (which was out of the way) and we thought that was very nice. We also appreciated getting a heads up about the temperature of the cave and weather at the lake before going on the tour. We even had time to have lunch after the tour before getting dropped back off at our hotel. The tour guide was very knowledgeable.

  We were lucky enough to get tour guide Coco again so we knew it was going to be a great day. She is amazing and very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The trip itself was great. The cave was beautiful, a lot of stairs but worth it, it was very cool inside and we learned a lot about the Chinese culture and history. Boefang lake was really lovely, very relaxing with gorgeous views and again a lot of Chinese history. We booked this trip last minute but are so glad that we did.
