  Excellent! The guide, bus operator and customer service and logistics were perfect. The guide, Hikari was a native of Hiroshima. Her knowledge, insight, warmth, and genuineness made the day unforgettable.

  Well organized. Excellent English speaking guide who gave us great information on all the sights we visited. Kyoshi our guide even sang for us at the end of the trip which made it fun. The memorial museum was a sad and solemn part of the tour. All the entrance tickets I.e the subway ride, Bullet train ferry, museum etc were all included in this package. I would highly recommend it if you're willing to spend the extra..

  This was an amazing day trip from Osaka! Well worth the time and the effort - it is a MUST to visit Hiroshima, especially the museum, which is incredibly powerful, and the experience will be with us for some time.

  Our guide was wonderful. Showed us the train system - didn’t work as we still got lost but not her fault. Visited the shrines on our list and she was so informative and interestingly. It was a long tiring day but worth it and she stopped regularly for drinks and lunch. Particularly loved the wee cafe she stopped at in the afternoon for tea and cake. All costs included which was a surprise.

  This was a very good tour. Kay was very informative and helpful in offering g ideas for navigating the trip. Kay was enjoyable and I enjoyed listenin about the historical facts. I liked the peace walk but the museum was to over crowded so you are unable to enjoy all it has to offer

  LONG DAY but perfect to do Hiroshima in a full 14 hours. Everything is organized and instructions are perfectly given after reservation.
