  Our Kyoto food tour was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Japan! From start to finish, everything was thoughtfully planned, and we had the opportunity to experience incredible local foods that we never would have discovered on our own. What made the tour truly exceptional was our guide, Chika. She was warm, knowledgeable, and passionate about Kyoto's culture, history, and food scene. Chika shared fascinating stories about the neighborhoods we visited and explained the background behind each dish, making every stop much more meaningful. The variety of food was outstanding, and every location felt authentic and carefully selected. We left not only with full stomachs but also with a deeper appreciation for Kyoto and its culinary traditions. If you're visiting Kyoto and want an unforgettable food experience, I highly recommend this tour—and if you're lucky enough to have Chika as your guide, you're in for a real treat. Thank you, Chika, for an amazing evening and memories we'll never forget!

  We booked the Kyoto Food Night Tour and had a great time! Our guide, Chikako, was knowledgeable, friendly, and a wonderful guide through town. She brought us to places we would have never found and had us trying all kinds of amazing foods and drinks. It’s a fantastic experience that I would recommend to anyone as a great introduction to the food scene in Kyoto!

  Rio, our guide, was incredibly friendly! It was really nice having someone from Japan show us around and have us try amazing foods and sakes. We also learned about how much Rio traveled around the world and loved getting to know the others that were a part of the tour. I highly recommend!

  BEST food tour ever!!! Our tour guide Sora was awesome and brought us to all the local spots. The food was delicious and I definitely had the BEST bite of food I’ve had in Japan on this tour. Thank you Sora for taking us to all these spots!!! Definitely recommend!

  Really enjoyed the food tour of Kyoto. It was our first night in Kyoto so a great way to see some of the city and learn about the types of food and drink. Great to experience different food in a few places and hear some of the history of Kyoto. The food was tasty and could easily have stayed in any one of the places just to eat there all night but we would have missed out on the other food selections. We were glad we booked this tour and would highly recommend it.
