  We are a family of five from the Philippines and joined Michelle's Chengdu Panda Base Half-Day Tour. Although it was only a half-day tour, Michelle was incredibly professional, responsible, and attentive throughout the entire experience. She shared a lot of interesting information about the pandas and made sure everything went smoothly for our family. What impressed us most was her thoughtfulness and kindness. After learning that we are Catholics, she even took the time to bring us to a local church after the tour so we could visit it. Michelle truly went above and beyond to make our experience special. We highly recommend her to anyone visiting Chengdu and looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and dedicated guide.   Our family of four from the United States recently took Michelle's Chengdu Panda Base Half-Day Private Tour, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. We were traveling with two young children and an elderly family member, which can sometimes make sightseeing challenging. Michelle did an amazing job balancing the needs of everyone in our group. She thoughtfully planned the timing and walking route, ensuring that the children stayed engaged while our senior family member remained comfortable throughout the tour. Michelle was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. She shared fascinating information about the pandas and local culture, while also adapting the pace whenever needed. We never felt rushed, and everything was organized perfectly. What impressed us most was how much she genuinely cared about making our experience special. It felt less like a standard tour and more like exploring Chengdu with a trusted local friend. We enjoyed the experience so much that we have already arranged another trip with Michelle later this year to visit Jiuzhaigou and discover more of the Chengdu region. If you are traveling with children, elderly relatives, or simply want a well-organized and personalized panda experience, we highly recommend Michelle. She exceeded all of our expectations.

  Our morning tour to the panda base was excellent. Our driver was highly skilled in the car, comfortable. Our guide, Jason, was knowledgeable and had excellent command of English. And he was easy to understand.I have some walking difficulties and he was very considerate and helpful. We were so impressed with the quality of our tour that we booked two more half day tours with the company.

  We had a wonderful half-day tour of the Chengdu Panda Base. Our guide, Michelle, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and we learned so much about the pandas from her. She also did a great job guiding us around the busy areas and helping us avoid the crowds, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
