  The booking process was smooth. Everyone there was nice. It was a bit disappointing getting there at 4am just for them to cancel due to the wind. I cane from Jersey just to experience it. However, I did receive a refund. Nonetheless, still disappointing.

  My husband and I did a couples hot air balloon flight with Rainbow Ryders in Phoenix, and it was a fantastic experience. Our pilot and the entire ground crew were amazing—friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. The flight length was just right, the landing was smooth, and we felt the experience was well worth the price. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable adventure!

  Our pilot, Kyle, was fantastic. Not only was he incredibly skilled and professional, but he was also absolutely hilarious. He kept everyone laughing and relaxed the entire time, which made the experience even more memorable. You could immediately tell how passionate he is about what he does, and we felt completely comfortable in his hands throughout the flight. A special shoutout as well to Kyle’s brother, Ray, and Chelsea on the ground crew. They were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely fun to get to know. The entire team created such a positive atmosphere that it felt like spending the morning with friends rather than simply checking off a tourist activity. The views were breathtaking, the flight was smooth, and the entire operation was extremely well organized. If you book with Rainbow Ryders, absolutely request Kyle as your pilot. You will be glad you did. Highly recommend this experience to anyone considering a hot air balloon ride.

  Great experience from start to finish. Check in was super easy, was told exactly what to expect each step of the morning. Ride was absolutely perfect and our pilot Kyle not only made everyone comfortable on the drive out to the site but explained safety guidelines, points of interest and facts of about hot air balloons. The entire Rainbow Ryders staff is friendly and professional.

  Kyle and his team was fantastic!!! I’m sorry I don’t remember everyone’s name but it was such a great experience. Fun, smooth, peaceful. Would definitely recommend and would go again myself.

  My fiancé had a blast! They even have snacks and water available. We were lucky to have such a fantastic guide and pilot Patrick. I would definitely suggest it.

  Our guide/pilot was Jesse, whom I kept calling Steven! He was the best. I highly recommend doing this while in town. The views are spectacular and Jesse got us up to 6400 feet!
