Memorable Mt Fuji tour

5.00It was a highly recommended trip for my family, with great weather and clear views of Mt. Fuji. From the beginning, we were informed that it was a driver service, which was perfectly fine since our main goal was to see Mt. Fuji. Their team also monitored the weather for us and offered an alternative date if needed, but fortunately, we didn’t have to make any changes. Additionally, we were advised before booking that the weather might not be ideal and were encouraged to consider this carefully beforehand. The sales and tour operations staff were transparent and honest with all the inclusions and exclusions before booking. And also no hidden costs. Our driver was also great despite his humble English which we have no problem with. And thank you Kana and Miyu too. Keep up with the good work and best of luck.

5.00Spectacular wonderful and thoughtful, I could not recommend them anymore highly. We were contacted by Miyuki from HM travels, the detail the went to ensure our tour was perfect for us was amazing, weather was factored in and alternative options put to us, they asked what we had already done and what other things we wished to do and they changed the plan to accommodate.

5.00Great tour with Hero as our guide, he was great and very accommodating to any and all of our requests. Hero went out of his way to make sure that we got great pictures from the best spots and were able to enjoy the tour specifically toward our likes and travel style. He is a great guide and I would recommend anyone to have him as a guide! Thanks Hero!
