  My husband and I were in Rotorua for our honeymoon. The first day we had planned this tour, the weather was not cooperating. They worked with us to get us scheduled back another day so we didn’t have to miss out, and I’m glad they did. I’d never been in a seaplane so taking off and landing from water was a unique experience. The views on the flight make the cost worth every dollar. The lakes are so beautiful, the volcano is so cool, it’s all amazing and gives you a million photo opportunities. You can take as many photos/videos as you want. Then you land at the hot pools that are only accessible by water. Ourselves and one other couple (on the plane with us) were the only ones at the hot pools so we got them all to ourselves, it was really fun. There were various pools of different levels of hot to choose from. It was a little cool to get in the lake, but you can also jump in the lake if you want. There is a small shop where you can purchase food or snacks, we got some fries before we heading back, they were good and we got a ton for pretty cheap. There are bathrooms available, changing rooms, and a spot to rinse the hot pools water off.   What a total treat! We loved our trip with pilot Katie, she was so friendly and utterly professional, we felt so comfortable hopping in the plane under her control. Excellent trip, thoroughly recommend, the flight was so exciting and the hot pools were fab - hardly anyone was there and our two flight buddies were very friendly. The staff in the HQ were super friendly and helpful too, great company all round.

  Best staff ever! The floatplane flight I booked had to be cancelled due to the weather conditions but the crew suggested alternative solutions: helicopter flight or another floatplane flight in the afternoon. And that's what I did. It had been an incredible experience: the flight was smooth, the views amazing and the very friendly pilot gave us a lot of information during the flight. The price is also really reasonable. Highly recommended!

  We had the most amazing experience from start to finish! Katie our pilot was awesome and made the whole trip perfect. If you want an experience You won't forget you have to do this. Soaking in the hot pools for 90min while our pilot and plane waited for us was like being in the rich and famous lol without the price tag. DO THIS EXPERIENCE YOU WONT REGRET IT!.
